Actual dimensions
Each magnet is 2 inches by 3 inches — about 5.1 × 7.6 cm. That is the classic printed-photo rectangle, used landscape or portrait. Thickness is a photo print plus magnetic backing: fridge-door thin, not a 3D block.
Material, backing, and print
Premium photo paper with a glossy crystal finish, bonded to a magnetic backing. The print is a photograph you can put on a fridge — not sublimated metal, not a vinyl sticker, not a car magnet. Fingerprints wipe with a soft cloth. Indoor use only.

Photo-quality guidance
Upload the highest-resolution original you have — ideally at least 1200×800 pixels. A recent phone photo in daylight is usually enough. What fails first is a screenshot, an Instagram download, or a face pinched out of a distant group shot.

How cropping works
Every Craftigure magnet is 2×3 inches — the same proportion as a classic printed photo, not a 2×2 square. A square crop has to throw away the sides of a landscape phone photo, or the head and feet of a portrait.
Keep faces in the middle of the frame. You do not have to pre-crop in an app; send the original. The comparison below is the same example file three ways: original, 2×3, and square.

Orders leave the Mississauga studio in gift-ready packaging — the box people open on a birthday or a kitchen counter, not a bulk poly bag of promo squares. We do not include frames, easels, or mailing envelopes.
Processing time
Crafting is typically 3–5 business days after we have your photos and payment. That clock starts when the upload is in, not when you click pay. Handmade in small batches — not a same-day counter.

Canada-wide from Mississauga. GTA often 1–3 business days in transit after crafting; other Canadian addresses take longer. Cost at checkout from your postal code. Free studio pickup when ready.
