An announcement that is not another paper card
A mailed card gets recycled. A newborn photo magnet lives on the kitchen door grandparents already open. That is the job: one first photo, in the classic 2×3 photo shape, on the fridge that will watch this child grow.
This is not the baby-shower page. Showers happen before or without the newborn. Birth announcement magnets start when you have a photo of the baby — hospital, coming-home, or the first week on the sofa.
Name and date only print if they are in the photo
We print the file you upload. If you want “Born May 3” or a name on the magnet, put it in the image first — a designed graphic, or a photo of a card you already made. We do not typeset announcements on standard packs.
One repeated newborn portrait for aunts and uncles is a gift set or an event pack. Mixed first-week photos for the parents’ own fridge is a different checkout. Do not mix a 50-piece repeat with a 9-piece gallery in one run.

Can you print the baby’s name and birthday on the magnet?

How is this different from baby shower magnets?
Shower magnets are ultrasound, maternity, and favours of the parents-to-be. Birth announcement magnets are the newborn — for family fridges after baby arrives.
