Privacy Policy

The short version

Craftigure collects the information needed to take your order, print your magnets, ship to you, answer messages, process payments, and run the studio. Craftigure does not sell your personal information. Photos you upload are used to fulfil your order and may be stored so Craftigure can produce and support that order.

Who Craftigure is

Craftigure operates craftigure.com and related order pages. For privacy questions, email info@craftigure.com. The studio is based in Ontario, Canada.

Information Craftigure collects

Depending on how you use the site, Craftigure may collect:

• Order details — name, email, phone number, shipping address, product and quantity choices, delivery notes, payment method selection, and order status
• Photos and files you upload for your order, plus optional notes you leave on your order page
• Contact form details — name, email, optional phone, subject, and message
• Payment-related information processed by our payment providers (for card payments, Craftigure does not store full card numbers on Craftigure servers)
• Technical and security information — such as IP address and browser data used for hosting, security checks (including bot protection), basic operation of the site, and aggregated analytics about how visitors use the site
• Optional storefront sign-in details — if you choose to retrieve orders by email, Craftigure stores your email and verification timestamps so a one-time magic link can be sent or code and show matching orders
• Admin account information — if you sign in to the Craftigure internal dashboard with Google (name, email, profile image associated with that Google account). This is for Craftigure admin access only

How Craftigure uses information

• To create and fulfil custom photo magnet orders
• To send order confirmations, updates, and transactional messages
• To send optional storefront sign-in links or codes when you ask to view your orders
• To respond to contact form and support requests
• To process payments and prevent fraud or abuse
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and studio tools, including understanding site traffic and usage with analytics tools
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable

Craftigure does not use your uploaded photos for public marketing without a separate, clear permission from you.

Your photos and content

When you upload photos, you confirm you have the right to use them for printing. Craftigure stores those files with your order to produce your magnets and handle support questions. Keep copies of anything important — Craftigure is not a long-term photo backup service.

Please do not upload unlawful content, or images of other people without appropriate rights or permission.

Who Craftigure shares information with

Craftigure shares personal information with service providers only as needed to run Craftigure, for example:

• Payment processors (such as Stripe) for card and wallet payments
• Email delivery providers for transactional and contact emails
• Cloud storage and database providers that host order data and uploaded files
• Shipping carriers and related logistics partners when Craftigure sends your order
• Security and hosting providers (including bot-protection tools) that help keep the site safe
• Google services when you use address autocomplete, when Craftigure signs in with Google for admin access, or when Craftigure uses Google Analytics to understand site traffic
• Hosting and analytics providers (such as Vercel) that help run and measure the website

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Craftigure does not sell customer lists or photo files.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for sessions, security (such as bot checks), and basic site operation. We also use Google Analytics to collect aggregated information about visits (for example pages viewed and approximate location) so Craftigure can improve the storefront. Analytics tools may set cookies or use similar identifiers. Craftigure does not run a separate advertising cookie program on the storefront. Your browser settings may let you block cookies, but some features may not work if you do. How long Craftigure keeps information

Craftigure keeps order, contact, and production records for as long as reasonably needed to fulfil orders, handle support, maintain business records, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Uploaded photos tied to an order may be retained with that order record. If you want Craftigure to delete or update personal information where possible, email info@craftigure.com — some records may need to be kept for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Security

Craftigure uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No online service is completely secure. Please use a strong unique password for any related accounts you control (for example email), and contact Craftigure if you believe your order link or information was accessed without authorization.

Children

The storefront is intended for adults placing orders. Craftigure does not knowingly collect personal information from children for account creation. If you believe a child provided personal information to Craftigure inappropriately, contact info@craftigure.com so Craftigure can review and delete it where appropriate.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable Canadian privacy law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information Craftigure holds about you, subject to legal exceptions. To make a request, email info@craftigure.com with enough detail for Craftigure to identify your order or inquiry. Craftigure may need to verify your identity before responding.

Storage and processing locations

Craftigure is based in Canada. Some service providers may process or store information in Canada, the United States, or other countries. When information is transferred, it is handled under this policy and the safeguards those providers apply.

Updates to this policy

Craftigure may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
