Craft time is typically 3–5 business days after we have your photos and payment. That is production in Mississauga, not transit.
Once the order leaves the studio, GTA addresses (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Milton, Hamilton and neighbours) usually arrive in about 1–3 business days. Ottawa, London, Kitchener–Waterloo, and the rest of Ontario are more often 2–5 business days in transit. Remote or northern postal codes can take longer.
Shipping cost is calculated from your postal code at checkout. These are typical windows, not a courier guarantee — holidays and Canada Post delays still apply.
Pickup in Mississauga (by appointment)
Self pickup is free and by appointment only. Choose it when you place your order. When the magnets are crafted, we send the pickup address: 1219 Quest Circle, Mississauga, ON L5N 8B9.
That street is for customers who already ordered Self Pickup — it is not a public storefront, and we do not invite drop-in visits. There is no same-day counter. If you are coming from Toronto, Brampton, Oakville, or Milton, it is usually a short drive once we message that the box is ready.
