Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to craftigure.com and your purchase of custom photo magnets from Craftigure, a home-based small business in Ontario, Canada. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
The short version
You must provide accurate order details and only upload photos you have the right to use. Products are custom-made and generally final sale under Craftigure's refunds policy. Craftigure crafts and ships with care, but timelines can vary, and screen previews are not a perfect match for print. If something is wrong because of Craftigure, see the Refunds, Returns & Exchanges policy.
Agreement to these Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site or place an order. Craftigure may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date shows the current version. Material changes apply to orders placed after the update.
Craftigure services
Craftigure offers custom 2×3 inch photo magnets and related ordering tools online. Descriptions, pricing, and availability may change. Craftigure may refuse or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, abusive, impossible to produce, or that violates these Terms.
Orders and customer access
You can place orders without creating an account. After checkout you receive a private order link to upload photos, view status, and complete payment steps. Keep that link confidential — anyone with it may be able to access your order page. Optionally, you may sign in on the storefront with a one-time email link or code to list orders associated with that email; this is not required to checkout or open an order link. Studio dashboard login (Google sign-in) is for authorized Craftigure admin access only.
Photos and intellectual property you provide
By uploading photos or other content, you represent that you own the rights or have permission to use them for printing and fulfilment. You grant Craftigure a limited licence to store, process, crop/print as needed for production, and ship the resulting products for your order.
You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have rights to use. You are responsible for any claims arising from photos or content you provide. We may remove or refuse content that appears to violate these Terms.
Our website and brand
The Craftigure name, logos, site design, text, and other materials Craftigure publishes are owned by Craftigure or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse Craftigure site content for commercial purposes without permission, except for ordinary personal use of the storefront to place an order.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated based on the details you provide at checkout. Payment may be offered through methods Craftigure enables (for example card payments via Stripe, Interac e-Transfer, or cash on delivery where available).
An order is an offer to purchase. Craftigure confirms acceptance by processing the order and/or sending confirmation. If payment fails, is reversed, or is not completed when required, Craftigure may pause production or cancel the order.
Custom products and print variation
Magnets are made from the files and details you submit. Results depend heavily on photo quality, lighting, and resolution. Colours on your screen may differ from the printed product. Reasonable production variation is expected for handmade custom goods and is not automatically a defect.
Processing and shipping
Most orders are crafted within the timelines described on the site (for example a few business days after Craftigure has what is needed to produce the order), then shipped across Canada. Delivery times after handover to a carrier are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss generally passes when the package is delivered to the address you provided, subject to carrier rules and applicable law.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Because products are custom-made, refunds, returns, and exchanges are governed by Craftigure's Refunds, Returns & Exchanges policy at /returns. That policy is part of these Terms for purchases. In short: change-of-mind returns are not accepted; verified production defects and certain shipping damages may be reviewed for replacement or other remedy at Craftigure's discretion.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt Craftigure services
- Do not use automated tools to scrape, spam forms, or overwhelm Craftigure systems
- Do not upload malware or unlawful content
- Do not use the site for any purpose that is illegal under Canadian law
Disclaimers
The site and products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftigure disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. Custom handmade products may have minor variations. Craftigure does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website access.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Craftigure’s total liability arising out of any order or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities, except where Canadian law does not allow that limitation.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law in your province or territory.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Craftigure harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or photos/content you upload, except to the extent caused by Craftigure's own misconduct where the law requires.
Privacy
How Craftigure handles personal information is described in the Privacy Policy at /privacy. By using the site, you acknowledge that policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
