The test is whether it leaves the venue
Candles and chocolates get left on the table. A 2×3 photo magnet goes in a pocket because it has a job at home: the fridge. That is why couples use these as favours instead of as a logo promo square.
The welcome-table set of 9 grid and the guest-bag run are two different objects. One is a display of 9. The other is a repeated photo at event-pack quantities. Do not treat a hundred guests like a set of 9 with extra shipping time.

One photo vs a different photo per guest
One repeated couple or venue photo is faster to craft and cheaper to regret. Mixed photos per guest are possible; they need a locked file list and more studio time. If you have not decided, order a set of 3 as a print proof, then the event pack.
Bridal-party thank-yous should be a separate smaller order. Those boxes are not the loot bags.

How far ahead of the wedding should we order?
4–6 weeks: lock the photo, 3–5 days to craft after upload, then shipping. The week of the wedding is not a gift-set timeline.
Do you include velvet bags or print names on every magnet?
No. These are handmade photo magnets from the file you upload during checkout or afterward from your private order link. Names and dates belong in that file if you want them printed.
Can we see a sample before the full guest-list run?
Yes. Checkout a set of 3, approve the print, then order the event pack. Two orders beat one rushed 200-piece surprise.
