Hand-deliver at the engagement party

Paper save-the-dates get recycled. Fridges do not.
The job of a save-the-date is to survive six months on a surface guests already look at. A 2×3 photo magnet does that. A card on the counter does not.
This is not a 4×6 mailable postcard kit. Envelopes, postage, and typeset names-and-city lines are not in the pack. If you need that kit, a specialty printer is a better fit. If you want a handmade photo magnet guests keep, event packs from 25–200 are ready to checkout.
The date only prints if it is in your file
Upload an engagement portrait, or upload a graphic you designed with the date already in it. During checkout or afterward you get the private link. We do not run a separate proofing studio that sets type on standard packs.
Inner-circle mixed photos and a full-list repeated portrait should be two orders. Mixing them in one 200-piece run is how dates slip. Need 75 or 150? Enter that count — priced at the matching event-pack rate.

Mailing date is the deadline that matters — not the wedding date.
- Order 8–10 weeks before you want them in guests' mailboxes.
- That covers artwork lock, 3–5 day crafting, shipping to you, then your time to stuff envelopes.
- Event packs 25–200 checkout online. 400+ is a wholesale quote.
- Photos (or designed graphics) upload during checkout or from your private order link.

Do you print the wedding date on the magnet?
Only if the date is in the image you upload. Photograph a designed card or export a graphic. We print that file.
Are envelopes included?
No. Mail them in your own stationery, or hand them out at the engagement party. Mississauga pickup skips the courier if you are local.
When should I order if I want them in the mail in eight weeks?
Order 8–10 weeks before the mailbox date, not before the wedding. You still need time to stuff envelopes after they arrive.
