Mother's Day is the second Sunday in May. Crafting is typically 3–5 business days after photos arrive. The courier is the risk, not the studio.
- Most of Canada: order in the last week of April, photos uploaded during checkout or the same day from your private link.
- GTA and Mississauga pickup: early May can still work if photos are ready — pickup is free when the order is crafted.
- Rural, North, and East Coast: order in mid-April. Canada Post to remote codes is slower than a GTA courier run.
- If photos will not be ready until the week of Mother's Day, do not checkout on a hope. Wait, or send a different photo now and reorder later.
Mother's Day ordering & shipping
When is the last week to order Mother's Day magnets in Canada?
Mother's Day is the second Sunday in May. For most Canadian addresses, order in the last week of April and upload photos the same day. Rural, northern, and East Coast addresses should order in mid-April. Crafting is typically 3–5 business days after photos; December-style courier delays are rare in May, but distance still adds transit time.
I live in another city. Can I ship Mother's Day magnets to her door?
Yes. Enter her address at checkout. The confirmation email and the photo-upload link still come to you. This is the usual long-distance Mother's Day path — including Toronto-to-Ottawa style orders we already pack.
What if I can pick up in Mississauga?
Self pickup is free. Choose it at checkout. There is no walk-in counter and no same-day gift wrapping while you wait — we hold the order until it is crafted, then you collect at 1219 Quest Circle, Mississauga. GTA customers use pickup when April got away from them.
My photos will not be ready until the week of Mother's Day. Should I still order?
Not if she is outside the GTA. Crafting cannot start until photos arrive. Use a photo you already have, or skip this year and send a different gift. Do not checkout on a hope that a Thursday upload will beat a Sunday in another province.
What should I order for a first Mother's Day versus grandma?
First Mother's Day is usually a single magnet or a set of 3 (ultrasound, bump, first week). Grandma is usually the set of 9 grandkid grid. A three-generation set of 3 sits between those two.
Can you print a handwritten note or recipe as a magnet?
Photograph the note or recipe card in good light and upload that image during checkout or afterward. We print the photograph. We do not re-typeset handwriting.
